How to "proxy" a webcal file

I have a VPS. I'd like to grab my iCloud calendar (link is webcal://p04-calendarws.icloud.com/SOMETHING) and make it available through my VPS (at webcal://mydomain.com/....) refreshing local copy every (say) 10 minutes.

How should I do this? With PHP? The problem is that cURL doesn't recognize the webcal:// protocol!
