Issue using django-user-accounts for a project

So I am a bit unclear from the django-user-accounts docs, http://ift.tt/1jn6EbF

How am I suppose to actually implement it within my project. I know after you add the account in your settings it downloads, but their is no physical folder named account. So do you create a folder name account and add your views and etc??

I would like to create a custom view, for a signup form and also set a view for users to optionally fill out once logged in and verified, so they can always updated and change that information at anytime, like in an account settings.
