Next Steps - 15 Year Old Web Developer

I'm Ryan. I love to make websites in my free time and I want to take web development to the next level. I am 15 years old and as I live in the UK, it is EXTREMELY hard to find a job in which I will receive payment for creating websites.

My goal is to eventually create websites for either online clients, in which payments would be via PayPal or possibly latching onto my Dad's computer repair company. One thing I do need though is a check-list of what I need to do prior to declaring myself open for clients to order sites from me. What I would really appreciate is a list of things that I would need to know/do so that I am prepared for the next levels of my hobby.

I would be extremely happy with any replies that help me out. Who knows, you may help sprite something amazing.
