obtain content from link with xml file

I am trying to implement an API which was created by inksoft.com.

Basically I need a way of displaying the content from this url into my website...

This is what inksoft says this link does

Retrieve list of clip art categories including the id, name, path, attributes, and link to thumbnail image. Only the categories with clip art that are active and visible in the Design Studio and storefront are available through this feed.

They say it can be done with jquery or javascript. But I don't know how to do this.

Any help would be highly appreciated :)
