Am I using the right type of Python to create a dice rolling probability program?

Hello I downloaded the latest Python which it says on teh program frame, "C:\Python34\python.ex". This is my second language and I am trying to code a probability dice game. Is this a GUI? How would I go about making this probability game with this Python program?
