How do I use a ModelSim pre-compiled library on a Nios II EDS software simulation running on a Nios II Quartus software?

I want to reduce the following warning on ModelSim:

running pre-compiled ModelSim libraries.

The enviroment I got is:

I am running a hardware simulation >> The hardware is on a Quartus II 13.0 enviroment. I am running a software from Nios II EDS I am simulating the system on the ModelSim (by the command "run as-> Nios II ModelSim".
