Keystroke modifier library

I need a library (if there is one) to change keystrokes.

For example: If user pressed K, I want to transform that to a Ctrl + Z.

I've heard of this library Interception, that has exactly what I need.

However, the last update was 2 years ago. Is there a more frequently maintained alternative?

(Note that the library could be in any language, although I prefer C#)
