SQL query to fill RAM?

Our VM team has gotten MUCH more aggressive with "right-sizing" (which always means down-sizing) our virtual machines. I have a Dev server with 8 GB RAM which I need when developing, but I don't develop all the time -- but I need it when I need it!

So I want it to look like it needs all that RAM. How can I get SQL Server to use up all the memory I've allocated to it? Is there a relatively easy query to do this?
