Android unique Camera Intent for photos and videos?

I need execute only one intent for capture photo and video.

ACTION_IMAGE_CAPTURE is only for photo and ACTION_VIDEO_CAPTURE is for video. In other post suggests use INTENT_ACTION_VIDEO_CAMERA but this intent cannot not be captured in the application. (Android documentation here)

I suppose that Android not provides this useful and basic option, and I feel very disappointed by this.

Please appreciate the, perhaps some library help from someone who implements it.
