Any Ideas for methods faster than JOIN operations in multiple table queries?

I am currently using multiple join operations to retrieve certain records for advanced search result. I am wondering if there's any way to do these operations more rapidly. Data center admins seem to not like nested selects with depth of more than 3 nested selects. I am currently on WAMP platform. Any suggestion are appreciated:

Current code structure:

SELECT TBL1.ROW1, TBL2.ROW2,...
FROM TBL1 INNER JOIN TBL2
    ON TBL1.RowX=TBL2.RowX
INNER JOIN TBL3
    ON TBL2.RowY=TBL3.RowY
INNER JOIN TBL4...
