Blender Three.js Skeletal Animation

I have read all the similar threads and follow instructions within but to no avail. The skeletal animation just won't play correctly.

Here is the animation (click on the TRex to start animation.)

By looking at this animation, does it offer any clue as to what I've done wrong?
