Excel Macro for plotting diagonal sinusoidal curve from one cell to another

What commands are needed to plot shaded bars a certain distance long as the numerical difference between two cells starting at a cell that is a number of cells in distance from an accumulated value given in a certain cell?

Once the bars are graphed in separate rows I need to automatically insert diagonal squiggly lines, sinusoidal in nature where the pitch and amplitude can be programmed in, to connect the above bars.
