Get and format OS name using user-agent

I've been using the answer here for my ground code http://ift.tt/1wrjQn8

Which works great for formatting the Windows NT to 'Windows 7' and so on, but it seems to be missing a lot of OSs' and their various versions, for example Mac/OSX and all the various Linux ones.

Is there a list or similar that shows how you should format the other OS's or even if anyone has a premade code for formatting them already.

Or do you only have to format the Windows ones?

And to clarify, I know that the user-agent isn't a completely reliable source but I'm only using it to see what OS, browser and so on they have when they are reporting issues.
