how to auto select a word in sentence in UILable by press?

I am a green hand ios developer from China,I want to develop a app to help chinese learning English. In my thought,i want to display a sentence in screen(eg:this is a computer),when user press a word(eg:computer),the app display the chinese mean of the word.how can i do?
