iOS street address screen / control / picker

I have an app that requires a street address. I could build a screen that asks people to put in the street address one by one, but I was hoping that maybe there is a control out there that I can reuse which does that for me as well as validation of states and countries.

Is there such a thing?

This is not a request on how to get to the address book picker.
