Magical Record Throwing Merge Models Error

I am developing an iOS application that uses Magical Record to manage core data, and I ran across a problem where it thinks there is two of the same entity even when I only have one.

I started out only using one attribute in my data model, just so I could proof that it worked. Then, I added more, but when I did, it kept throwing an NSInvalidArguementException reason: ' Can't merge models with two different entities name 'site''

It there a way to possibly clear the Core Data so I can write a new data model to it with more attributes?
