Make external web page think it is full size within an iframe

I have a simple web page with a navigation menu and a single iframe that pulls content off of a site to display on my web page. It was meant to be a navigation redesign for a project at school. My problem is that when I link to content on my schools web page their site is designed to shrink the viewing window down to whatever size it thinks the screen is, but it doesn't really work unless you're full screen on a desktop. So when I display in my iframe it narrows all the content down to unusable size. So is there a way to make it think it is still full width and height while in my iframe to prevent this?
