strongloop remote method pass data to another server

Is there anyone have successfully created a strongloop loopback that receives the data and also pass it to another server? can someone give a sample steps. i really dont understand it even i see it on the strongloops document. because i dont know where to put it. i only know the basics of creating a loopback and basic of creating a model. but passing it to another server is big problem for me.? can someone make a demo for me? the goal is to create a loopback that the pass it's json object format to another server after receiving an input
