VB Webclient Login

Currently I am using a webclient to connect to some php scripts hosted on a webserver. Since I am using my webhosts built in directory password protection, I can not access the files. I have seen many examples of posting the username and password to the website, but I don't have a login page to post them to. I have a login form that appears (like some routers). Is there a way to have the webclient authenticate?

I'm currently logged in and deleting my cache and cookies didn't reset anything so I just pulled a screen shot off of google to show you what the page looks like when I navigate to a PW protected file in chrome:
