the follow problem started after i solved the first problem i describe here: GitLab 7.4.3 HTTP-Code 500: Could not connect to Server

Until now i have created the gitlab user for postgresql and i have created the gitlabhq_production database.

I run the gitlab as root while as not-root user there appear many no permission errors.
