JavaScript generate selectable html list from txt file

Guys I need your help please!

I'm programming (total) noob :) And I need JavaScript selectable html list which is automatically generated from txt file (this is list of url-s, one url per row). After selection some action/event is performed (I need deliver selected url to linux, and there program will be processesing those data).
