I would like to change my scrollbar so, that it does not occupy any extra space on the side, so it is inside the tag it's there for. I would like to then change the scrollbars opacity so it is just slightly visible and on hovering appears, for a smoother appearance when swithing from pages with less content, that have no scroll bar to pages that require one.
I have tried the webkit-pseudo-selectors, but only got to change optical appearance.
