Using Google Maps v2 in a fragment

i'm new to Android Development and i would like to know how to use Google Maps in a fragment. It's an Activity with two fragments. The fragment on the top it's the google maps fragment and the fragment on the botton it's a simple fragment with two buttons. I can't post images here because my reputation is lower than 10 ;/. Thanks
