EXCEL Macro: Count in ColumnA, Based on the Max Count Create New Columns and Paste Values adjacent to ColumnA into new Columns

Struggling a bit to write this macro/Automation in Excel 2013. I have a Column A with Email ID, Column B with Products Belonging to that email ID. one Email ID can have 1 > Infinite (In my case 4 was the max) Attached are the images of How it looks and How I want in the end. At the outset thanks a lot.
