Changing content on second page based on whats clicked in the first?

I have a web page that has multiple links on it, i want content on the second page to change based on which link is clicked on the first page. More specifically i have a bunch of images that link to a form but i want the image at the top of the form to change based on what image is clicked. I'm trying to avoid having to develop a seperate form for each image.
