Hyperlink to another cell in Google Sheet

I would like a cell to have the same value as another cell in another spreadsheet, and I also want that cell to be clickable so that it can take me to the referenced cell. The first part is easy, you just need to write "=sheetName!cellRange", but is it possible to create this hyperlink?
