Vizio tablet VTAB1008 Android Development Debugging issue

I having trouble having linking my Vizio VTAB1008 with Android SDK to make it so I can debug on the tablet. I currently have

;Vizio Tablet
%SingleAdbInterface%        = USB_Install, USB\VID_0489&PID_E040&MI_01
%CompositeAdbInterface%     = USB_Install, USB\VID_0489&PID_E040&REV_0227&MI_01

in android_winusb.inf

The drivers are up to date on the tablet so I was wondering what I am missing.
