I am trying to restrict Apache location by IP address and Header, this is what it looks like:

SetEnvIf ABC "^abc123$" CanAccess=1
<Location /abc>
  Order Deny,Allow
  Deny from all
  Allow from env=Can_access
  Allow from 192.168.1.10
</Location>

This snippet locks down location by ip OR variable. Does anybody knows how to turn it into AND?
