Default GTF Support in EDID

I'm using EDID 1.3 in the TC358743 Toshiba HDMI2CSI bridge for OMAP5. I'd like to add a new resolution which is not provided by VESA and CEA. If I need to add it in the Standard Timing descriptor section, do I have to enable or disable anything in the Feature support section (or anywhere else in the EDID)? For example, there is Default GTF support and Secondary GTF support. If I enable Default GTF Support, will that mean that all the timings (including VESA and CEA supported) will be calculated based on GTF method only? Or only the PC resolutions I have mentioned in the standard timing section will be calculated based on GTF?
