Exception when I package my javaFX application using maven

I use maven to package my application in a single jar, the problem when I click on the jar it dosen't want to work , so I decide to use cmd then :

java -jar MyJarName.jar MyPackage.MainClass

I get this exception :

I don't know how to handle this problem , and in the IDE the application run I have no exception, this is my POM.xml
