Implementing Android support Library v7 in IntelliJ IDEA

I haven't been able to find any documentation about implementing this support library (I am trying to implement Action Bar Compact for api 7) into Intellij IDEA. all I have been able to find so far is for eclipse and android studio. As a last resort I would do it in android studio and then import that into IntelliJ, but that would mean I would have to rebuild all of my applications. Any thoughts/tutorials?
