(iOS - Personal App) Getting Number of Missed Call

I'm not looking to submit this to the App Store, but here is my question:

Would it be possible to obtain the number or contact name of a missed call? I'm going to send a text message to the missed called via SendHub. (Like Tasker for Android)

Again, I will not be submitting this to the App Store, so private API's are OK.
