Microsoft SQL Server Compact 4.0 error while exiting Visual Studio

After saving my code using Cntrl+Shift+S I get an error dialog stating:

An error occurred while creating/opening the C++ browsing database file:.........................sdf

IntelliSense and browsing info will not be available for C++ projects. Ensure that Microsoft SQL Server Compact 4.0 is installed and no other applications are accessing the files. If this problem persists, delete the file and reopen the solution.

I downloaded Microsoft SQL Server Compact 4.0 from here, but while installing it rolls back and says that I've already installed it.

I've done TOOLS -> Options -> Text Editor -> C++ -> Advanced -> Always use fallback location = True in both Visual Studio Express 2013 for Windows with Update 3 and Visual Studio Express 2013 for Windows Desktop with Update 3, but still I'm having this error.

Please tell me why is that so?
