I am facing issue with magento. Error is :

"There was an error processing your order. Please contact us or try again later." error on checkout process

I am using Magento 1.8

At the time of error in var/report i have a file with this inside:

a:5:{i:0;s:91:"SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 1205 Lock wait timeout exceeded; try         restarting transaction";i:1;s:1670:"#0 /home/isgadm/public_html/lib/Varien/Db/Statement/Pdo/Mysql.php(110): Zend_Db_Statement_Pdo->_execute(Array)

Any ideas?
