Will the app which was designed only for iPhone 3.5 inch and iPhone 4.0 inch supports iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 plus without any design change?

I have implemented one app which was designed only for iPhone 4(3.5 inch) and iPhone 5 (4.0 inch). Now the same app is running/working fine even if I run in iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus simulators. Don't I need to do any separate view design for iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus? Please help me, thanks in advance.
