Macro for all world countries states code to abbrevations

I need a macro under this when i type US state code in ( COLUMN H) like ( OH ) then in next column ie (column I) converted into Ohio as an abbreviation.

2nd thing i also want for all UK, CANADA, Australia, Malaysia, China, India, cities to county, and states codes to abbreviation.

3rd thing i need when there is no state or any code in state column that macro ignore that cell and continue for next cell. So please help me on this Macro code because am new to Excel and i need it in urgent basis.
