Rails. Share some actions between apps

I have two rails4 apps: myproject.com and stuff.myproject.com Each one with own database and users. In stuff.myproject.com I have 1 model accessible for edit from admin section. And I whant to make it accesible form admin section in myproject.com. I have thougt about engine, but using it could mean to move my model and alot of it's relations to engine. Is there simple way to solve my problem?
