Saving microphone stream to .opus file in Java

I use opus-wrapper library and in tests there is an example (http://ift.tt/1rMTd7f) of a sound recording from a microphone in memory and reproduction of a sound. It without problems works. But I need to write down these data in the file. How to make it and how then to reproduce it on Java?
