Unfortunetly application has stopped. even if all works fine

i am making an app in which I am allowing user to add a reminder, all works fine.but when i closed or minimize my application t![enter image description here][1]hen its get an error "Unfortunately application has stopped" or sometimes even application is not open.. whenever i click on icon for opening it show an same error.

Reminder popup on time.. works correctly after that popup, i clicked on one of button and update some data.after that whenever i closed the application its show an error as shown in fig
