Exchange console commands change in registry

We are given a task to automate the exchange issues using a dart. This dart contains all the commands like

Mount-Database database_name // in case of sudden dismount
New-TransportRule -Name 'Block' -Comments 'This will block or drop the mails which have some specific keywords we need to filter out.' -Priority '0' -Enabled $true -SubjectOrBodyContainsWords 'Hello','FUCK','fuck','mohit','MOHIT','insane' -RejectMessageReasonText 'Message contain abuse words. Beware.!!!' -RejectMessageEnhancedStatusCode '5.7.34'

More commands like this which we need to automate. But we are not able to do it. While these changes are made, My Query is is there any registry change or some type of reflection in a file from where we can read these changes. ??
