How to play RTMP video by using LibRTMP, not FFmpeg?

I want to play RTMP video by using LibRTMP not FFmpeg, because FFmpeg build is so big and LibRTMP just can play RTMP stream. The color encoding is YUV420P, my solution is to draw images frame by frame, so the Question is HOW to convert YUB420P to RGB and play RTMP video?
