Magnific popup: two different markup/layouts dynamically

Is it possible to switch to a different Popup HTML markup (defined with image: {markup:… ) when the window is resized or the screen rotated, without having to close and reopen it?

I know about the disableOn option, but my goal is to have two differents layouts depending on the screen size and/or orientation, not to just disable the popup in one case.
