Why the core Java API does not contain classes for Graph? [on hold]

The java.util library of Oracle Java contains the collections framework, and include classes corresponding to different data structures (linked list, stack, priority queue, hash table, tree etc).

However, it seems not to contain classes for graph data type. Why?
