Drupal Error After Installing Theme

I had installed Omega Theme in drupal. I enable and set it as a default theme.I also disable it's former default theme "Bartik". Now I didnt see changes taking place in my Drupal site. Because of impatience I exit the browser and loads drupal again but it doesnt work like before. I cannot access drupal anymore and shows this error below:

Fatal error: Class 'PDO' not found in C:\xampp\htdocs\drupal-7.32\includes\database\database.inc on line 187 E_ERROR Error in file »database.inc« at line 187: Class 'PDO' not found

How will I fix this?
