We need to secure an IP port of a windows server 2012 machine. Only requests originating from users in a certain active directory group AND originating from defined machines (machine name, not IP) are allowed. Windows firewall can do some of that, but a safe network (IPSec etc.) is required and we don't have that. I'm also unsure if it is possible to combine the user / machine name rules.

3rd party software or proxy server would be fine if it can meet the requirement.
