ASP.NET Web api, getting client ipv6

I'm trying to get my clients ipv6 (on the server side), I browsed online and couldn't find anything. To get my clients ipv4 I simply use the "HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR". I already tried to use the Dns.GetHostAddresses but it didn't return any "InterNetworkV6" value. Any suggestions?
