Cannot login to my system (database connection issue) after clean and build in NetBeans

I have a problem with connecting to my database after clean and build. I ran my project and tried to log in to my system, but there seemed to be a problem with the database. I have pasted the starting few sentences of the GlassFish Server 4.0 log:

I am able to run and login to my system properly after restarting Glassfish Server 4.0. I am using NetBeans 7.3.1, and MySQL 5.6.12 with WAMP server. I am also using SSL to secure the login and my pages. Does anyone know the solution to this problem? Please let me know if more information is needed.
