how can i get coat of arms of country from wikipedia?

I used wikipedia-client gem, but coat of arms have usually .csv extension. For examle http://ift.tt/TRiXRq have coat of arms in city description.

require 'wikipedia'
page = Wikipedia.find('Moscow')    
page.image_urls

Currently image_urls didn't return a link to .csv file. How can i get coat of arms?
