How to change the location of my config file in SSIS 2008 R2

I've made two ssis packages. The first one reads an ini file with all the settings regarding databasename, servername and filepaths of certain folders. Then it alters a config file which is used in the next package.

I've build it so that if I move the config file the first package still will be able to find it and will modify it at the right location. Though the problem is that the second package still thinks the config file is at the same location as at the moment I setup de config file for the first time.

How can i set the location of the config file when it is been moved without opening the Package Configuration module in SSIS itself?
