How to sign a pdf file with iTextG 5.4.3 (Android) without using tempFiles (only memory)

Anybody has an example of how to sign a pdf file with using files only with memory in Android with iTextG 5.4.3. I tried with a java examples but it throws a NullPointerException when I call to preClosed() of PdfSignatureAppereance. Thanks.
